Technical Engineer
Job Description:
1) Coordination with distributor/ Operations team for site selection, coordination with vendors for site readiness electrical, civil work for dish antennas, earthing, etc.
2) Coordination with vendors for installation and commissioning of dish antennas & HITS equipment. To make site RFS (ready for services) in a given time.
3) Technical evaluation of LCOs N/w to check suitability to carry digital feed.
4) Providing technical support to LCOs for N/w up gradation/ improvement for digital services.
5) Coordination with LCO/ LCO's technical team for proper distribution of digital feed in LCO n/w.
6) Ensure QOS in digital feed for a cluster of LCOs.
7) Conduct periodic maintenance & audits as per Preventive maintenance schedule.
8) Maintain up-to-date database and track all the changes.
9) Optimal utilization of available resources (Men, material & TMI)
10) Coordination with HITS Operations team to understand needs & propose for most appropriate solutions
11) Imparting technical knowledge to the team.
12) Preparation of periodic plans/ target for self & team.
Desired Profile:
1) Good conceptual knowledge & basic fundamentals
2) Logical and analytical approach to problem solving
3) Excellent communication skills i.e. must be able to communicate his thoughts '' both internal and external.
4) Tactful with strong interpersonal skills
